An extension of The Broken Shaker, 27 Restaurant and Bar, another anticipated collaboration between Bar Lab and Roman and Williams, opened in December 2014. In keeping with the authentic and comfortable vibe of Freehand Miami, Roman and Williams overtook an old cottage on the property and converted it into a homey environment in which to eat, drink and unwind. The space is outfitted with an eclectic mixture of vintage furniture, with clusters of lounge chairs and couches complimenting the more traditional small table seating alongside communal large wooden picnic tables.

Boasting a large collection of found artwork and custom pieces by Stephen Alesch of Roman and Williams, this house is a warm and comforting place to have a great meal. Full of vintage wallpaper and found objects, 27 creates an unexpectedly casual and relaxed experience for Miami, a place to embrace a local energy and experience.
