The Roman and Williams offices have been widely published and have become a recognizable representation of the Roman and Williams' aesthetic. This open work environment contains walnut shelving and wainscoting, blackened-steel wall panels adorned with inspiration collages, and a custom glass-and-steel office system to create private office spaces. Large wooden factory tables have been re-purposed as the office's front doors and they welcome clients into an experience which breeds inspiration and creativity and embodies the company's ethos of craftsmanship and materiality.
